An immense honor to see our gin elevated in a groundbreaking creation by Victor Delpierre, World Champion Barista/Mixologist, at the 2025 Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie.
For this exceptional finale, themed around national heritage and presided over by Amaury Guichon and Pierre Hermé, Victor crafted a one-of-a-kind cocktail-dessert paying tribute to the French baguette, officially recognized as part of UNESCO’s intangible cultural heritage.

Champion mixologist Victor Delpierre reimagines the classic White Lady with our gin at the 30th Edition of the Festival of Gastronomy in Provence 2024.Â
The cocktail was paired with a dish by 2 Michelin-Starred Chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2004, Stéphane Buron. His langoustine quenelle with oyster caviar and floral emulsion harmonizes perfectly with the intense, balanced, and gourmet profile of our gin.
