Martini

Ingredients

50 ml of Epicureans gin
10 ml of dry vermouth
Ice cubes
Zest of a lemon or an olive

Instructions:
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Add the gin and dry vermouth to the shaker.
  3. Stir the mixture gently for about 20 to 30 seconds until it is slightly diluted. If you prefer a shaken Martini (although traditionally stirred).
  4. Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with the zest of a lemon zest or an olive.
