Ingredients
60 ml Epicureans Gin
30 ml fresh blood orange juice
15 ml fresh lemon juice
1 egg white
15 ml simple syrup (1:1 ratio of sugar to water)
Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with the gin, blood orange juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using).
- Shake without ice (dry shake) for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white, if included.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled balloon glass or coupe glass.
- Garnish with a blood orange slice or twist.
