Summer Glow

Ingredients

50 ml Epicureans gin
25 ml fresh lemon juice
15 ml honey syrup (mix 1 part honey with 1 part hot water)
10 fresh mint leaves
100 ml sparkling water
Ice cubes
Cucumber and lemon slices for garnish

Instructions:
  1. Prepare the Honey Syrup: In a small bowl, mix one part honey with one part hot water until fully dissolved. Let it cool.

  2. Prepare the Cocktail: In a shaker, add the mint leaves and fresh lemon juice. Use a muddler to gently crush the mint to release its aromas.
    Add the Epicureans gin and the cooled honey syrup.
    Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.

  3. Serve: Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
    Top up with sparkling water and stir gently.
    Garnish with cucumber and lemon slices.

This cocktail is light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced, making it ideal for hot summer days.
